Who is this for?

This is for managing urban utilities, specifically for water providers like water districts to manage their utilities network.

Their Problem

For smaller operations, they are facing a dilemma about embracing the newer technology. Based on what I reached out and interviewed them about, most of them are still using the old CAD with no coordinate system reference (CRS) and projection attached. They then operate a lot, but their information structure limits them to integrating with GIS systems.
